This facility is and has been falsely advertising the size of the storage units rented to consumers. The lenght of all the units are 1.6 feet shorter than advertised. I brought this to the attention of the manager who stated the owner measures the lenght of the units from back wall to exterior of the building, not to the storage unit door. Although this makes no sense, I measured from building exterior to the back wall of storage unit. It was still 8 inchs shorter than advertised unit site. The facility manager stated it was industry standard to measure from exterior instead of from store unit door to back wall. This was a complete fabrication. If you rent from this facility you will not be getting what you are paying for.
